welfare of their profession.
Their first
meeting was in Joliet, Illinois on February 11,1901.

the 6 th
Annual Illinois
Association of Chiefs of Police Memorial Golf Tournament on
the finest public golf course in the Springfield area, while
also contributing to a great cause.
Police Memorial Day honors those officers
slain in the line of duty. This tournament will raise money
to assist the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police in
supporting the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial
and other activities.
The tournament will take place on the day prior to Police Memorial Day in
Illinois. Don’t miss out on your chance to make a charitable
contribution to support those men and women who save lives
and risk their own life daily to protect the public.
Piper Glen Dress Code requires soft spikes,
shirts with a collar, slacks or Bermuda-length shorts. Denim
clothing is prohibited.
